Is Leadership Development Outdated

I ran across an interesting article the other day. It claims that the wrong people evaluate leadership development programs. Usually, we leave it to the participants and senior leadership. But is the real test of value whether those leaders make an increased impact on those they lead? If so, shouldn't we have the leaders' teams involved in the evaluation process? What do you think?

I read the discussion on the Rawe Leadership Solutions group and found the ideas about leadership and personal growth really engaging. It reminded me of a time when I was dealing with heavy coursework and I used to Pay someone to do my Company law assignment while trying to manage multiple deadlines at once. It helped me stay on track, but I also learned that real progress comes from steady understanding and consistent effort over time. In the end, discipline matters most in any kind of learning.
